BMI=BodyMassIndex

18-20=healthy

25>=overweight.

tis is how u count the BMI.

height x height=A

mass divides by A=BMI

*ur height should be in metres.
eg.149cm=1.49m.

its 1 am. yes haha okay i reached home today at 11.45pm. WHERE DID I GO?
I WENT OUT WITH MY BOYFRIENDDDDDDDDDD. haha okay random lah HAHA. nonsenseeeeee.i realise that actually i have ALOT OF FREEEEDOMMM! haha that day i reached home at 12.45 am HAHA EXCITINGGGGG. haha okay lah i think i ABIT random ABIT ONLY. haha nonsense haha okay hows life people. my life ROCKS. that day i went arcade with dione and emmalyn and we like went mad. haha madness lah us then that day after national day me emma and dione went to orchard for dione to cut hair and we went TOYS R US!
